The most important thing you can have in your life is good health! When I met Leas, one of my teachers, the first thing she did was do her best to keep me alive. And that's the first gift I'm going to give to you. In 2006 Leas told me there would be epidemics coming and we would all need to build our immune systems so that we could get through them. She was teaching in Los Angeles at the time and I asked her if she would make a DVD to send to me so that I could practice with her. She filmed this in the Yoga studio she often taught at and sent it to me. It was a synthesis of a number of techniques that she had been taught by her teachers. It was the most condensed version she could come up with. I have cut off the warm up she created before the actual routine because it isn't crucial. I will post an explanation about Qigong and moving energy in general in the resources section. If you can read that it will make using this video more effective.
Recipe To Boost Your Immune System
At the beginning of 2020 my family got very sick. I was so sick I was sure I was going to die. Breathing was so labored and I stayed sitting up on a cpap 24/7. My husband was running a high fever and there was literally no one to take me to the hospital. Because I was pretty sure that I wouldn't last much longer I sent an email across the planet to one of my ex-teachers who was one of the few left alive. It was an apology of sorts. What she sent back was this recipe. She said please take it every morning, she swore it would help me fight off the illness and that I would be ok. She was right. I could barely eat anything but I managed to keep it down and I started to get stronger. I gave it to my husband and he finally got some traction and got better too. We know now that we had covid. I have survived covid twice now despite being in the group of people most susceptible to dying of it.
In a jar mix together equal parts honey and coconut oil. Add tumeric and freshly ground black pepper. For an 8 ounce jar the tumeric should be at least 5 teaspoons to one and a half teaspoons of the black pepper. Mix together thoroughly. Have a tablespoon a day in the morning.
If you do this at the first sign of illness it will really help. People with autoimmune disorders should not use it until they know they are depleted and getting sick. Balance is everything.
